Sheree’s style is collaborative, down-to-earth, and a little creative. She pulls from CBT, EMDR, DBT, attachment-based work, mindfulness, and expressive approaches, with a special passion for supporting pregnancy, postpartum, new motherhood, and perinatal mental health.

Simone has a special passion for supporting individuals and families, as well as neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She loves working with clients navigating OCD and is committed to understanding how neurodiversity, mental health, relationships, and life experiences intersect.
Carli guides clients using a blend of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and EMDR.
