A compassionate space for teens and adults to explore emotions, understand patterns, and strengthen emotional resilience. Sessions help you develop coping skills, feel more grounded, and build a deeper sense of connection to yourself and the relationships that matter to you.

Trauma Therapy

Specialized support for trauma, PTSD, complex trauma (C-PTSD), chronic stress, and relational wounds. Using EMDR, IFS, DBT, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and grounding techniques, we help you process difficult experiences, reduce emotional reactivity, & reconnect with a calmer and more centered sense of self.

Moxie Healing Collective was founded by Rebecca Cooney, LCSW, a trauma-informed therapist based in Baltimore, Maryland. Rebecca brings a warm, grounded, and relational approach to every session. She is known for her honesty, care, and her ability to help clients feel safe enough to look within and do the brave work of healing. Moxie’s integrative approach blends EMDR, IFS, DBT, mindfulness, and relational support to create a therapeutic experience that is steady, compassionate, and deeply human.

Rebecca is committed to building a team of clinicians who share her values of authenticity, collaboration, emotional safety, and a deep passion to heal. Moxie is a place where clients and therapists are supported, respected, and encouraged to show up as their full selves.
