Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s ‘wrong’ with you — it’s about uncovering the resilience you already have and learning how to use it in new ways. I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, and all the messy transitions life tends to throw our way.

My style is collaborative, down-to-earth, and a little creative. I pull from CBT, attachment-based work, mindfulness, and expressive approaches — but more importantly, I tailor every session to what actually resonates with you. Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is therapy.

I believe progress happens when you feel both safe and challenged — supported enough to be vulnerable, but encouraged enough to step into real change. Together, we’ll work at your pace to find clarity, balance, and the confidence to move forward into a life that feels more like your own.

Life can feel like too much sometimes—loud, messy, and overwhelming. Whether you’re navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, psychosis, or a major life transition, it’s easy to feel lost in the noise. You don’t have to figure it out alone.

I’m especially passionate about supporting families who are walking alongside a loved one living with psychosis. It can feel confusing and isolating, and my goal is to help you feel steadier, more equipped, and far less alone in the process.

In our work together, we’ll blend the practical, skill-building focus of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with the reflective, compassionate approach of Internal Family Systems (IFS). At the core, though, therapy with me is a collaboration—we’ll find the rhythm that works for you, at your pace.

Think of therapy as your pause button: a space to take a breath, reconnect with yourself, and build the tools to step back into life with clarity, confidence, and a sense of grounding—even when things feel chaotic.
