9. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

Cancellations within 24 hours or missed sessions will incur a $100 cancellation fee, unless due to emergencies or serious illness.

Clients are responsible for payment at the time of service unless using an accepted insurance plan.
For out-of-network clients, we can provide documentation for reimbursement depending on your benefits.

12. Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)

Your Rights and Protections Against Surprise Billing

  • Request an updated estimate at any time
  • Dispute a bill that is at least $400 more than your estimate
  • Keep a copy of your estimate for your records

What Your Good Faith Estimate Includes

Your estimate will outline:

  • The cost of ongoing sessions
  • Estimated length of treatment (if known)
  • Any additional fees you may be responsible for
