We’ll work with your nervous system, helping you understand how your body responds to stress and what actually helps you feel safe. Together, we’ll build a toolbox of grounding techniques, somatic practices, movement, and breathwork—real tools you can use outside of sessions.

I work with teens, young adults, and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or tired of pretending they’re fine. A lot of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, or big life transitions and feel like they’re constantly overthinking, looping, or questioning themselves. If you’re in that space where you’re functioning, but it still feels hard underneath, you’re not alone.

My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I’m not here to judge you or “fix” you—I’m here to help you understand yourself in a deeper, more honest way. We’ll look at patterns not as problems, but as things that developed for a reason. I also bring in nervous system work and practical tools (like grounding, movement, and breathwork) so you’re not just talking in session...you’re actually building skills that help in real life. Therapy with me can be deep, but it can also be human, real, and sometimes even a little lighter. Growth isn’t linear, and you don’t have to have it all together to start.
