My style is collaborative, down-to-earth, and a little creative. I pull from CBT, EMDR, DBT, attachment-based work, mindfulness, and expressive approaches — but more importantly, I tailor every session to what actually resonates with you. Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is therapy.
I believe progress happens when you feel both safe and challenged — supported enough to be vulnerable, but encouraged enough to step into real change. Together, we’ll work at your pace to find clarity, balance, and the confidence to move forward into a life that feels more like your own.
