Life can feel like too much sometimes—loud, messy, and overwhelming. Whether you’re navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, psychosis, or a major life transition, it’s easy to feel lost in the noise. You don’t have to figure it out alone.

I’m especially passionate about supporting families who are walking alongside a loved one living with psychosis. It can feel confusing and isolating, and my goal is to help you feel steadier, more equipped, and far less alone in the process. You deserve to have space to breathe, process, and strengthen your own foundation while supporting someone you care deeply about.

In our work together, we’ll blend the practical, skill-building focus of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with the reflective, compassionate approach of Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the deeper meaningful transformation possible through EMDR. These modalities allow us to work with both the thoughts and emotions showing up today, and the deeper roots underneath them. At the core, though, therapy with me is a collaboration — we’ll find the rhythm that works for you, at your pace, with room for both softness and growth.
